We designed this bespoke oval table to feel like a special place of relaxation, conversation and contemplation.

Cream -white vellum wraps the form. Four bespoke cast-bronze legs carry it with quiet strength, each one crowned in beehive detail with tiny hand carved and cast bronze bees alighting as they busy themselves at their work

Two opposing drawers slide out with a soft whisper. Leather-lined with the finest of hand-cut dovetails, ready to cradle the chessmen. The board itself waits hidden beneath the top, revealed when the game begins.

For company, a pair of swing-out side-tables arc into place. Their etched bronze surfaces catch the room’s glow, edged with a hand-painted oak-leaf motif. Just right for a glass, a decanter, and a long conversation.
